Nicaragua offers a nice option at low price with a fast transit in Miami, early morning departure from Sint Marteen and arrival in the end of the afternoon in Managua.
Franck Rigal the owner/surf instructor of the itinerant surf school SXM Surf explorer has gone there alongside with Pierre Goetz, Gregory Rohard, Geoffrey Bourbon and Christofer Dauvois in a beautiful surf camp “las plumerias” located in the south west of the country few steps away from the Pacific ocean. Ideal surfing forecast with off-shore wind that offers wonderful barrel : Playa Colorado, Santana, Popoyo reef, El Astillero, El Penon…reef break, beach break, point break for all the level of practice. A true surfing paradise and by tha way, the atmosphere in the line up is great !!!
